A one-time payment for a lifetime license: $199 for clinics (up to 15 users), $499 for hospitals (up to 50 users) and $899 for hospital networks (unlimited users). There is no monthly subscription.
Does it work when the internet goes down?
Yes. The Windows desktop app keeps your hospital’s data on the computer, so staff keep working during an outage. Changes sync automatically when the connection comes back. The first sign-in on a computer needs an internet connection.
Can each department use its own computer?
Yes. Install the app on the computers in reception, wards, pharmacy, lab and billing. Each staff member signs in with their own account and role, and a change made on one device appears on the others within seconds.
Can I bill in my local currency?
Yes. The hospital administrator picks the currency in Settings, from more than 160 currencies. Invoices, payments, reports and PDFs then use it on every device.
Do I need my own server or database?
No. Your hospital’s data is hosted for you, kept separate from other hospitals. You sign in on the web or install the Windows app; there is nothing to set up.
